Show Launch – Qatar!

Greetings from a scorching hot Qatar! This week has been unbelievably fast paced as I flew out to the sweltering heat of Doha and into the lavishness of the awe-inspiring Mall of Qatar. On the 27th of June, ‘Warriors of Awesomeness’ made its debut on the incredible concert style stage with the legendary Po & Tigress from Dreamwork’s Kung Fu Panda. What a show!

I have had an incredible week behind the scenes, meeting some wonderful people as well as the extraordinary ‘Shaolin Warriors’ who were incredible and gave us a chance to learn all about their long history of traditions and culture.

I can’t wait to share more news about this fabulous new client, Eventbox and what beloved characters I will be immersed in working with them next. I’ll make sure to keep you informed. Rightio, I have a flight back home to catch! Laters lovelies!

7 Reasons Why You Should Use Freelancers For Your Next Live Experiences Project

Live entertainment and live experiences are an essential to bring your attraction to life. They help brands to connect with their audiences in a unique and engaging way. However, creating such experiences requires a lot of creativity, planning, and execution. This is where freelancer creatives come in. In this post, I discover  why using freelance creatives for live entertainment and live experiences is a great idea.

1. Cost-effective

One of the biggest advantages of using freelancer creatives is that it is cost-effective. Hiring a full-time creative team can be expensive, especially for small businesses. Freelancer creatives, on the other hand, work on a project-by-project basis, which means you only pay for the work you need. This can save you a lot of money in the long run.

2. Fresh ideas

Freelancer creatives are not bound by the same constraints as in-house teams. They have the freedom to think outside the box and come up with fresh and innovative ideas. This can be especially beneficial for live experiences, where you want to create something that stands out from the crowd and your competition.

3. Flexibility

Freelancer creatives offer flexibility that in-house teams cannot match. They can work remotely, which means you can hire talent from anywhere in the world. This is especially useful if you need someone with a particular skill set that is not available in your local area.

4. Specialised skills

Freelancer creatives often have specialised skills that in-house teams may not possess. For example, if you need someone to create a a character mascot you can hire a freelancer with experience in that area. This can help you to create a more immersive and engaging experience for your audience.

5. Faster turnaround

Freelancer creatives are used to working on tight deadlines. They understand the importance of delivering work on time, and they are often able to work faster than in-house teams. This can be especially useful for live experiences, where you need to create something quickly and efficiently.

6. Reduced workload

By hiring freelancer creatives, you can reduce the workload on your in-house team. This can be especially useful if you have a small team that cannot handle the workload of creating multiple live experience. By outsourcing some of the work to freelancer creatives, you can ensure that your team is supported and can focus on other important tasks.

7. Increased creativity

Working with freelancer creatives can help to increase creativity within your team. Freelancers bring fresh perspectives and new ideas to the table, which can inspire your in-house team to think differently. This can lead to more creative and innovative outputs in the future.

Using freelancer creatives for live entertainment and live experiences can be a great way to save money, increase creativity, and access a wider talent pool. Freelancers offer flexibility, specialized skills, and faster turnaround times, which can help you to create engaging and memorable experiences for your audience. If you are looking to create a live experience, consider hiring freelancer creatives to help you bring your vision to life. Plus a lot of us have dogs!
