CASE STUDY 01 – Pirates Adventure Theatrical Production
BRIEF: To create a touring production for the target family guest profile that wows and increases both revenue and footfall.
CLIENT: Parkdean Resorts at 10 National UK Venues.
The Pirate’s Adventure Show was a thrilling theatrical experience, performed to over 30,000 guests. Staged in the round, guests were part of the action as the cast of Olympic gymnasts, speciality artistes and actors backflipped, breathed fire and fought with swords as a motley crew of pirates.
With stunts, comedy spectacles and sea shanties a-plenty, guests sat on the edge of their seats nightly as the narrative told of an enchanted mermaid and her golden treasures. Pre-show interactions were created for social media moments along with post-show meet and greet experiences. Revenue increased and the demand from the additional guest footfall saw a return of the production the following year.
CASE STUDY 02 – Wilder West Theatrical Production
BRIEF: To build on the successes of Pirate’s Adventure and continue to create a touring production for the target family guest profile that will wow audiences.
CLIENT: Parkdean Resorts at 10 National UK Venues.
The Wilder West show was a theatrical cowboy experience, presenting a taster of the old west to over 30,000 guests. It featured an epic cast of multi-instrumental actor-musicians and multi-skilled specialists with talents such as knife throwing, whip cracking, hand balancing and foot archery.
Loaded with audience interaction and music such as ‘Devil Went Down To Georgia’ played live on stage, the narrative follows Roy, a bored admin processor, daydreaming of a more exciting life just like in the old western movies where he wins the girl and saves the day.
Room theming, cowboy merchandise and a pre-show sing-a-long en-masse formed part of the sold-out experience.
CASE STUDY 03 – Happy Ever After Pantomime
BRIEF: To create an engaging touring pantomime experience for the guest family demographics.
CLIENT: Haven Holiday (for TAGLive) across 38 National UK Venues.
‘Happy Ever After’ was a traditional telling of Cinderella with a few twists along the way. Exclusive to Bourne Leisure and their 4 million guests and owners, this fairy-tale pantomime production featured an on-screen Fairy Godmother played by X Factor winner, Sam Bailey and a cast of talented actors.
Incorporating well known chart songs, a fabulously funny script and specially designed CGI animation, the production ran throughout the eight-week summer season across all 38 of the main stage venues.
CASE STUDY 04 – Aladdin Goes Pop! Pantomime
BRIEF: To create an engaging touring pantomime experience for the guest family demographics.
CLIENT: Haven Holidays (for TAGLive) across 38 National UK Venues.
Aladdin Goes Pop! was a brand-new adaptation of the magical story of Aladdin. Featuring actors within five different casts, the pantomime features interactive screen technology, with an on-screen Genie, brought to life by X Factor boyband member Jaymi Hensley of Union J. Climbing aboard the CGI animated magic carpet, he grants three magic wishes as the production toured the UK across 38 Haven venues, exclusive to Bourne Leisure and their 4 million guests and owners.

CASE STUDY 05 – Spellz Family Theatre
BRIEF: To create an engaging touring production for the Haven brand guest demographics.
CLIENT: Haven Holidays (for TAGLive) across 38 National UK Venues.
Spellz is the craziest, most mind-boggling science and big box illusion show you’ve ever seen! With its on-screen character, quirky actors and massive amounts of big bangs, all presented with a cyberpunk aesthetic. The audience are amazed as they learn some really cool science in this funny presentation, touring across the 38 venues, exclusive to Bourne Leisure.
Incorporating an insanely funny script and wonderful costuming, the production ran throughout the eight-week summer season and performed to over 4 million guests within its 3-year run.
